My personal experience at Ground Central was exceptional. The fresh salads, flavorful sandwiches, and aromatic coffee exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was inviting and the service was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Ground Central for anyone looking for a unique and satisfying dining experience in the bustling city of New York.

I stumbled across this place last time I was in town. Really cool place to hang out and people watch. Coffee was good. Will be back when I’m back in the city

Went to Ground Central every single morning while we were in NYC. Their coffee is phenomenal! Highly recommend the vanilla latte with almond milk. It is a little pricey but it is worth. Great staff and service as well.

I found this coffee shop up the road the morning after I stayed at the Pod 51 hotel. It has a great vibe, the coffee was great the morning I had it, and I loved the library room to sit down and do some reading and figure out the logistics of the rest of my day in New York!

Very cute spot tucked away in the busyness of midtown. Back corner is snug but fits a decent crowd. 20 maybe. Delicious coffee. Like the reviews say, get there before 1 or 2pm and you’re likely to grab a seat.

Love this place. I had a flat white and a carrot cake. Both were delicious and gave me strength to work on a text in the back room for a few hours. The space is both cozy and inspiring.

Great place to stop for coffee! Great location near the subway. Fun atmosphere with little back nook that we loved. We loved their lattes and found the prices to be very reasonable. Coffee had great taste and the drinks were perfectly sweet and smooth. After our first visit we ended up coming every day we were visiting! Only complaint was from our kids who weren't fans of the bitter/dark chocolate used for hot cocoa.

This is a really cute little coffee shop in Midtown. The vibe here is a cross between Central perk and friends, and a bar. They even serve alcohol here as well. Towards the back of the restaurant, there’s a cute little seating area with lots of little couches and tables among a dark library setting.

Their house blend coffee was full bodied and well brewed. It had earthy tones with flavors of pine nut and milk chocolate. The cafe itself is semi-spacious, with tables in the front and a library-style room in the back. Great place to get work done!

Ground Central has closed? Wow, things change so quickly! I remember going in to get coffee from here before work (more than a year ago), and I would meet people here to catch up. Sometimes, I'd even spend the day working from here. A shame to hear it's closed now, it was a solid place to get coffee, the baristas were friendly, and even though it could be hard to find a seat, I was always productive here when I got one. Too bad :( I'm rarely ever in the area these days so I didn't know earlier...

Great coffee, well prepared. They clearly care about the flavor and roast. This is my go-to morning stop when in town.
